The 4th General Lyceum of Rhodes organised its Multiplier Event
The 4th General Lyceum of Rhodes organised its Multiplier Event for the Erasmus+ project “Digital for Active Education – Dig4AEdu” on 9 November 2025, presenting the project’s outcomes in the fields of digital competence, inquiry-based learning and STEAM education.
The event opened with greetings from the school’s principal, followed by contributions from school advisors (pedagogical and ICT) and a professor from the University of the Aegean. They highlighted the significance of digital transformation in education, the challenges students encounter in international collaborative projects, and the development of autonomy, adaptability and key competences.
Students presented both their own projects and the projects created by partner schools during all mobilities (Latvia, Portugal, Türkiye, Greece and Romania). These included educational games, smart traffic management systems, energy-saving mechanisms, ecological and space-oriented models, and safety-alert systems. Their presentations combined youthful enthusiasm with responsibility and maturity, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving and teamwork.
Two interactive workshops on Micro:bit and Arduino followed, during which students acted as facilitators, guiding peers, parents and even teachers through hands-on activities in an enthusiastic and collaborative atmosphere.
The audience consisted of parents, teachers and students from various schools, who expressed pride in the students’ autonomy, digital skills and overall growth. The event concluded with a certificate ceremony and acknowledgements to all contributors.
